Privacy Policy
Slovenská verzia nižšie je tá, ktorá sa zobrazuje v aplikácii (Nastavenia → Súkromie). Anglická verzia je jej prekladom; ak sa líšia, rozhoduje slovenská. The Slovak version below is the one shown in the app (Nastavenia → Súkromie). The English version is a translation of the same text; where the two differ, the Slovak one governs.
Slovensky
Abecedo je hra, nie zberateľ údajov. Toto je celý zoznam toho, čo o tebe vieme, kde to je uložené a ako sa toho zbavíš.
Kto údaje spracúva
Abecedo vyvíja a prevádzkuje Tomáš Paulduro ako súkromná osoba. Kontakt na všetko, čo je nižšie, vrátane žiadostí podľa GDPR: tomas@redwixoft.sk.
Čo je uložené na serveri
- Prezývka, ktorú si si zvolila. Je verejná — zobrazuje sa v rebríčku.
- Identifikátor zariadenia (Android ID). Slúži len na to, aby ťa hra po reštarte poznala ako toho istého hráča.
- Odtlačok prihlasovacieho tokenu. Samotný token na serveri uložený nie je.
- Výsledky hier: dátum, počet tipov, čas, či si vyhrala alebo sa vzdala, či šlo o deň z archívu a kedy ti bolo slovo vydané.
- Úspechy a série: odomknuté úspechy, počty výhier a vzdaní, aktuálna a najdlhšia séria, žolíky, začiatočné písmená tvojich prvých tipov a dátumy posledných hier.
- Slová, ktoré si navrhla do slovníka, a poznámka z ich posúdenia.
- Odtlačok prenosového kódu a čas jeho platnosti, kým je nejaký vytvorený.
Čo zostáva len v telefóne
- Jednotlivé tipy. Server dostáva výsledok hry, nie ťahy, ktorými si k nemu prišla.
- História odohraných dní a rozohraná hra.
- Prihlasovací token, v zabezpečenom úložisku telefónu.
- Nastavenia: téma, pripomienka, slovník a jeho verzia.
Keď aplikáciu odinštaluješ alebo jej vymažeš dáta, toto všetko zmizne. Účet na serveri tým zmazaný nie je — na ten je e-mail nižšie.
Čo nezbierame
Nepýtame si e-mail, telefónne číslo, meno, adresu ani dátum narodenia. Aplikácia nečíta polohu, kontakty, fotky ani kalendár. Nie sú v nej reklamy ani žiadne analytické či sledovacie nástroje a tvoje údaje nikomu nepredávame.
Pripomienky
Denná pripomienka je lokálna — naplánuje ju samotný telefón. Neprechádza cez žiadny server a neodchádza s ňou nič o tebe. Vypnúť sa dá v Nastaveniach.
IP adresa
Pri volaní servera je z technických dôvodov vidieť IP adresu tvojho pripojenia. Používame ju na obmedzenie počtu požiadaviek, aby sa hra nedala zneužiť, a môže sa krátkodobo objaviť v prevádzkových logoch. K tvojmu účtu ju neukladáme.
Prečo to spracúvame
Údaje zo servera potrebujeme, aby hra fungovala tak, ako ju používaš — aby ti držala sériu, štatistiky a miesto v rebríčku aj po výmene telefónu (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. b GDPR). Označovanie nedôveryhodných výsledkov a obmedzovanie požiadaviek robíme z oprávneného záujmu udržať rebríček použiteľný (čl. 6 ods. 1 písm. f GDPR).
Kde sú údaje uložené
Server aj databázu prevádzkujeme na platforme Railway, ktorá pre nás vystupuje ako sprostredkovateľ. Podľa regiónu, v ktorom služba beží, môžu byť údaje spracúvané aj mimo Európskeho hospodárskeho priestoru; vtedy sa prenos opiera o štandardné zmluvné doložky Európskej komisie. Aplikáciu distribuuje Google Play, ktorý má vlastné pravidlá ochrany súkromia.
Ako dlho ich držíme
Kým existuje účet. Prenosový kód zaniká po pätnástich minútach alebo v okamihu, keď ho použiješ — podľa toho, čo nastane skôr.
Zmazanie účtu
Zmazať účet priamo v aplikácii zatiaľ nejde. Napíš na tomas@redwixoft.sk a účet aj so všetkými výsledkami zmažeme, najneskôr do 30 dní. Uveď prezývku — bez nej ti účet nemusíme vedieť nájsť.
Tvoje práva
Máš právo na prístup k svojim údajom, ich opravu, vymazanie, obmedzenie spracúvania, prenosnosť a právo namietať. Prezývku si opravíš priamo v Nastaveniach, ostatné vybavíme e-mailom. Ak si myslíš, že s tvojimi údajmi zaobchádzame zle, môžeš sa obrátiť na Úrad na ochranu osobných údajov SR (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Deti
Hru môžu hrať aj deti a nezbierame o nich nič navyše. Jediné, čo je verejné, je prezývka — preto nech to nie je celé meno.
Bezpečnosť
So serverom sa komunikuje cez HTTPS. Prihlasovací token aj prenosový kód sú v databáze len ako odtlačok, takže sa z nej prihlásiť nedá. Prenosový kód platí krátko a použiť sa dá raz.
Zmeny
Ak sa niečo zmení, upravíme tento text a prepíšeme dátum hore. O podstatnej zmene dáme vedieť priamo v aplikácii.

Abecedo is a game, not a data collector. What follows is the complete list of what we know about you, where it is kept, and how to get rid of it.
Who processes your data
Abecedo is developed and operated by Tomáš Paulduro as a private individual. Contact for everything below, including GDPR requests: tomas@redwixoft.sk.
What is stored on the server
- The nickname you chose. It is public — it appears on the leaderboard.
- A device identifier (Android ID). Its only job is to let the game recognise you as the same player after a restart.
- A hash of your access token. The token itself is not stored on the server.
- Game results: date, number of guesses, time taken, whether you won or gave up, whether it was an archive day, and when the word was issued to you.
- Achievements and streaks: unlocked achievements, win and give-up counts, current and longest streak, grace days, the opening letters of your first guesses, and the dates of your most recent games.
- Words you proposed for the dictionary, and the note from reviewing them.
- A hash of your account transfer code and its expiry, for as long as one is outstanding.
What stays on the phone only
- Your individual guesses. The server receives the result of a game, not the moves that got you there.
- The history of days you have played, and a game in progress.
- The access token, in the phone's secure storage.
- Settings: theme, reminder, the dictionary and its version.
Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes all of this. It does not delete the account on the server — for that, use the email address below.
What we do not collect
We do not ask for an email address, phone number, name, postal address or date of birth. The app does not read your location, contacts, photos or calendar. It contains no ads and no analytics or tracking tools, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Reminders
The daily reminder is local — the phone schedules it itself. It does not pass through any server and carries nothing about you. You can turn it off in Settings.
IP address
Calling the server necessarily exposes your connection's IP address. We use it to rate-limit requests so the game cannot be abused, and it may appear briefly in operational logs. We do not store it against your account.
Why we process it
The server-side data is what makes the game work the way you use it — keeping your streak, your statistics and your leaderboard position across a change of phone (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Flagging implausible results and rate-limiting requests rest on our legitimate interest in keeping the leaderboard usable (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Where the data is held
The server and database run on Railway, which acts as our processor. Depending on the region the service runs in, data may be processed outside the European Economic Area; in that case the transfer relies on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. The app is distributed by Google Play, which has its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
For as long as the account exists. A transfer code expires after fifteen minutes, or the moment you use it — whichever comes first.
Deleting your account
Deleting an account from inside the app is not possible yet. Email tomas@redwixoft.sk and we will delete the account and all its results, within 30 days at the latest. Include your nickname — without it we may not be able to find the account.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object. You can correct your nickname yourself in Settings; anything else we handle by email. If you believe we are handling your data badly, you can complain to the Slovak Office for Personal Data Protection (dataprotection.gov.sk).
Children
Children are welcome to play, and we collect nothing extra about them. The one thing that is public is the nickname — so it should not be a full name.
Security
Communication with the server uses HTTPS. The access token and the transfer code are stored in the database only as hashes, so the database cannot be used to log in. The transfer code is short-lived and works once.
Changes
If something changes we will update this text and change the date at the top. We will announce any substantive change in the app itself.
